Do you sometimes get too busy to focus on your health?
Sometimes it really feels like that.
Skipping training, eating quick but not-so-healthy processed foods, or not sleeping enough...
But, taking care of your health doesn't need to be a burden.
Prioritize your health by using your time with intention.
Here are a three simple things I do to prioritize my health even during the busiest times:
Step 1: Short Walks
Start your day with 10 minute walk each morning before work.
It’s a small step, but it gets your body moving and your mind clear.
That way you prioritize yourself before anything else, setting yourself up for a good day.
Go for another walk at lunch and after work.
If you really don't have time to train, you've at least walked for half an hour.
Step 2: Simple Meal Prep
You have to hold yourself to high standards here.
Eat good and you'll fell good.
Eat crap and you'll feel crap.
It's input-output, and how you fuel your body directly affects how you feel and perform.
Prep simple, healthy grab-and-go meals.
Think one protein source, chopped veggies, or a protein bars/shakes for snacks.

Step 3: Evening Alarm
Set an alarm in the evening that tells you to stop working and start winding down.
Don't eat too close to bed time and avoid screens.
When you have a consistent sleep schedule you'll actually be more productive when you're working.
Remember, even when life gets hectic, your health is a priority.
These small steps might seem simple, but they will make a difference on your energy and well-being.
